StockTicker Help
Displaying stocks and indices:
To add and delete stocks and indices from your Ticker, click the "Custom" button on the right side of the Ticker.
To add a stock: Enter the ticker symbol in the field and click the "Add" button.
To delete a stock: Click a stock ticker symbol in the list to select it and click the "Delete" button.
To find a company’s ticker symbol: Click the "Lookup" button. In the Lookup dialog that appears, enter your search criteria.
To add/delete indices: To display an index, click the box in front of it to place a check mark in it. To remove an index, click the box in front of it to remove the check mark.
Direction and speed of ticker:
To change the direction: Click the < or > button on the left side of the Ticker. You can also left-click on the actual information and drag it.
To increase the speed: Click and hold the < or > button to increase the speed of the Ticker.
To stop: Click the middle button on the left side of the Ticker.
Updating information:
The Ticker’s information updates every 5 minutes. The information is delayed by at least 20 minutes.
To display most current information: Click the "Update" button on the right side of the Ticker.
